Every treatment begins with a short chat about your skin, so we can tailor the session. There is no separate charge for it.
Yes. All of our facials are gentle and non-clinical, and we adjust products and pressure to suit your skin on the day.
Arriving five minutes early lets you settle in with a warm drink so your treatment can start on time and relaxed.
We kindly ask for 24 hours notice so we can offer the slot to someone else. Same-day cancellations may incur a small fee.
